I've been wearing LLBean Jeans for 20+ years.
I just received 2 pairs (1 in each color) & the moment I took them out of the bag, I knew these were a lot different than what I've been a custom to. To the touch, they're very thin, they did away with the previous rivets for some junkie looking ones & replaced the LLBean leather hip-patch with a "Levi's" tab on the rear pocket, along with 1 less belt loop...perhaps to save money? I guess this is the way everything is headed today, cut corners & raise prices. At $100 a pair, I will no longer be buying LLBean jeans.
