So soft - but it loses its shape on me
I have worn this several times, and as time went by, the softness translated into shapelessness. I loved the soft wrap around me, but despite my following laundry instructions, it just became too loose.

Too Bulky for the Style
I am disappointed in the quality of this sweater. It is bulkier than expected. With this style I didn't expect it to be bulky. I don't find it "SuperSoft" either. Even after washing, it doesn't feel soft to me.

It did not look as good on me as it did the model. : ) The material while soft, had a synthetic feel to it and itched a little bit. I returned it.
