Good Design
Raglan sleeves are the most flattering for my body type, and I was particularly drawn to the original knit design of this sweater. It's a fine style for a woman with strong shoulders. The adobe rose color is as pictured here, albeit somewhat pinker than red. I got Medium instead of my regular size Small so I could get a looser fit and avoid shrinkage issues. It fits just right, so I would say it runs a little small. When I felt the material, I immediately realized it isn't pure cotton; the sweater is 60% cotton and 40% polyester and I should have paid attention. I fear I will have to deal with static and pilling on the long run. The price would be fair for a pure cotton sweater, but it is excessive for this fabric blend.

Womens Mariner shaker sweater
I do like this sweater,the color is just what I wanted. The only thing is it’s runs a little wide not fitted at all. But fine with turtleneck under and with jeans.

great styling, poor durability
This sweater fits and feels great, and I love the red chestnut color. Because of the fiber content, I knew it wouldn't wear as well as a wool or cotton sweater, but I was surprised at how quickly the fibers "aged" after a couple of washes. I always wash my sweaters inside out, gentle detergent, cold or tepid water, gentle cycle and dry flat. It also snags very easily. If it was a $30 sweater, fine. I am wearing it and enjoying it, just disappointed in the quality.

Love the sweater, but...
I love the sweater. It is soft and fits beutifully. But after wearing it once and washing it I noticed a knitting error smack in the middle of the front of the sweater. I don't think others will notice it so I'm not returning the sweater but I am very disappointed that QC missed it.
