Perfect size and good quality. Shoulder strap allows you to wear it short or long crossbody even on a tall man. Outside pocket for cell phone. We use it everyday

Good quality holder, poor strap design
Works well with multiple bottles/cups. The strap needs clips or better design. It separates and has to be adjusted after it is set down. I don’t use the strap. I fastened the holder to the side of my lunch box and holds my coffee cup perfectly.

Great water bottle holder
Great bag holds a 24 oz stainless water bottle with straw, drinkable without removing from sling and leaving your hard case which is a ginormous phone! Also credit cards, key, can fit an AirPods case too. I agree with poster that a shoulder strap cushion would be great. Works well wearing cross-body.

Great water carrier
I use this for carrying water for my dog. It is great for carrying your keys because of the included key ring, and there is a pocket for poop bags. I know that this wasn't the intended purpose but it really works out well.

Great Minimalist Bag, Wish Logo Were Smaller
I purchased this hydration sling in the mahogany color and find that it has all the features I need for use on a walk or shopping, etc.. The front zippered pocket is large enough for my phone, but would not fit some of the biggest phones available today. Inside that pocket is an open mesh pocket and a clip to hold keys. I can easily carry my phone, keys, license, credit cards, cash, etc.. I want to address a few negative things I saw mentioned in other reviews. First, someone said that it really only works with 32 oz bottles and is otherwise too loose. I use a 16 oz cylindrical stainless steel bottle and this bag holds it securely. It is of course possible that some specific bottles, maybe those with a very narrow neck, feel too loose. Someone also mentioned that it should have a clip or something to hold the double strap together. I can see a time when that would be helpful (perhaps when wearing on the waist) but I didn’t notice the need because I wear this cross-body. When you receive the sling the strap is adjusted to be very short, and as such the entire strap is doubled-up. However, you can easily adjust it to lengthen it, and when I have it adjusted to be long enough for cross-body wear about two-thirds of the length is a single strap, and only about one-third is doubled-up. In that case there is no obvious need to hold these straps together. Someone also mentioned that they would like a pad on the strap. This would be nice if you have a very heavy water bottle but the lack of it doesn’t bother me. You can buy after-market shoulder strap pads. My one complaint is that the L.L.Bean logo is far larger than I would like. This is not a big deal when it is used in a sporty setting but I would like it to be a bit more subtle for every day use. A smaller logo near the bottom would look better.
