Polo with 3/4 sleeve
I am 5'3 and 135 lbs. The shirt is cute but a little blousy and heavier fabric than I expected. I live in Arizona, but will work for cooler weather than the summer. I like it overall, but would have maybe sized down. I bought a Medium.

Doesn't fit well
I thought this would be useful but I doubt that I'll ever wear it. The top of the sleeve sits about 3 inches down your arm, not up on your shoulder as normal. And that looks very odd. I washed it, thinking that would soften up the fabric and make it fit, but it didn't and I had to iron it to try to make it look better. It didn't. I usually love L.L.Bean.

Love the fabric
I have this shirt in 3 colors now! I love the length of the sleeves, where it falls on my hips, and the collar. The v neck isn’t too deep and keeps you cool on a hot day. The fabric isn’t too heavy for hot days either. It’s great to wear in spring, summer, or fall!

Soft touch fabric
I haven't worn yet as temps are still cool here in Indiana. Well constructed top, not an in your face white more of a paperwhite. Sleeve length nice for aging arms.

I am usually a large in Bean's relaxed fit tops. Because I have no experience with a cotton-linen knit and expected this to shrink, I sized up to an XL. Even that was only slightly loose, not enough to allow for shrinkage. So I returned it and may order a 1X or 2X, which should be waaay too big for me in a typical shirt. Haven't decided, but I put nearly everything in the dryer. Not worth the trouble to dry flat.
