Great Light Weight Jacket
I purchased this jacket because of its extreme light weight. I wanted a very thin jacket to put on when it was just slightly cool, if a light sprinkle of rain might be falling, or just a cool breeze. It can be removed and easily stored. On a recent flight I wore it to the airport early in the morning and just put it into my backpack with my laptop after getting into the airport.

Men's Stowaway Jacket for windy days.
The jacket is light weight and easily folds for storage. Two concerns is that the hood doesn't have a fold in feature and the front pockets do not have zippers for other enclosures. Anything placed in the pockets is likely to fall out. The material is more lightweight than expected.

Great jacket
Because of the reviews I ordered an extra large. I normally wear a large. Seems to fit great. A large might have fit me not sure guess it depends on what time of shirt I wear under it.

Gift from my wife
My wife and I gave each other a present for our weight loss efforts. Unfortunately, this windbreaker was tight around my chest and butt, and tight under my arm pits. This felt as if it was 2 sizes too small for these areas. However, around my waist everything was fine.
I should have paid heed to the big boy reviewers that commented that you need to buy 1 - 2 sizes larger than what the sizing chart says. I should have had my wife order a XXXL; live and learn.
Further, when I weighed 280 - 285 is purchased XXL products (e.g., T-shirts, outerwear, etc) from a competitor and their products fit nicely. However, I wanted to try LL Bean based upon my daughter’s experiences with LL Bean products.
The size purchased a was Regular XXL.

Too small
Yes I’m a big boy, so I ordered XXXL TALL. Still to small. A new way to be Disappointed in LLBean, there are so so many.
