Perfect fall coat.
LOVE this coat! Great mid weight fleece. Bought it for trip to Alaska. It was perfect for the varying conditions. Blocked the wind, resisted the damp and was perfect for 45-60 degree weather. I’m tall- 5’10” and this is plenty long!

Storm Fleece Coat
Warm and Very comfortable. Not a boxy fit and moves with you. Wore hiking on a cool, breezy damp day with long sleeve layer . Was perfect. Would recommend.

Almost perfect
They were sold out of the Regular Large and I really wanted this jacket, so I gambled with a Petite Large. It's a very good fit, however, the sleeves are long even on the Petite. The jacket is slightly thinner than expected but it's really comfortable and I'm not weighed down with it at all. Note that the adjustable waist doesn't go all the way around the jacket so only about 60% of the jacket can be cinched. The very front of the jacket can't. Overall, a great jacket with a bit of room for improvement. Will have to wait for the cold weather to see how warm it is.

The best jacket I’ve owned!
I bought this to go on a UTV trip out west. I wanted something light, a little warm and something to protect from the wind and rain, this jacket did it all! I was so impressed with it! I was able to wear a tshirt under it and was very comfortable on cool mornings. It rained one of the days and again, it blocked both the wind and the rain. I wanted to order a 2nd one because once I find something I love, I like to get another as a back up. Sadly they’re all sold out. I hope LLBean brings this one back again next year and in more colors. It’s sturdy yet lightweight and has a nice stretch to it. The fleece lining inside is thinner but that’s exactly what I wanted. If they have it in your size, don’t hesitate to get it!

Nice coat, but…..
Nicely made coat with several issues for me….sleeves should have elastic at cuff so length is more adaptable (I have to shorten them); very large inside pocket would be great if it not for the fact that it is open at the bottom (I have to sew the bottom of pocket closed for my use); fit seems snugger than other LL Bean coats of same size. It would be nice to be a bit looser so could wear thicker clothing underneath.

Nice jacket
I do like this jacket and have worn it a few times so far this season. My only issue is I wish I could have gotten it in the next size up but was unavailable. It is a little snug on me. I love the material and will be keeping it.
