Not compatible with Tractor- style seats
As an 81 year old canoe tripper to the BWCA I felt the need for back support. Purchased 2. The design appears to be intended for use with flat cane or metal canoe seats and is NOT readily compatible with "tractor"-style seats as found in Winona brand Kevlar canoes. Some difficulty in getting sufficient tension on the seat straps to maintain the cushion position on the factory seat. The back support was helpful on breaks but not when actively paddling. Summary: better than nothing but somewhat disappointing.

Great purchase
Great seats! Really made a huge difference on our annual Thanksgiving Okefenokee trip. It was a little bit tricky to get the seat properly attached on the back bench where the boat started narrowing, but it ultimately worked out fine.
