For nearly 90 years, we've been making our authentic Scotch Plaid flannel shirts the way we always have: better than everyone else's. Our exclusive flannel fabric is meticulously woven with longer-staple cotton, which means the individual cotton fibers are about one-quarter inch longer than short-staple fibers, making a huge difference in fabric strength and quality. Then, it's meticulously brushed eight times on each side and given a "touch test" by a master weaver to declare it soft enough.

Nice flannel shirt for cooler days
Would have given this 4 1/2 stars if available. Everything about the shirt is nice. Would have given 5 stars if the flannel was a bit heavier. Winter in our state gets very cold, so the heavyweight flannel is preferred. It's has nice colors, the sleeves are long enough, the pattern matches across the front, the collar lays the way it should - an all around well-made shirt. Great for cool Fall and Spring weather.

Comfortable and Soft Shirt
My husband loves loves loves these shirts. They are soft and comfortable. Simply wash dry and hang- no ironing needed if hung right out of the dryer. Great for tall/hefty man.
