Comfy Pima cotton turtlenecks
These 100% Pima cotton turtlenecks don’t grab you around the neck. The neck fabric can be rolled down and will hold its shape. It doesn’t shrink and comes out of the dryer without creases. I wish they came in long so the sleeves would be longer.

Choose color carefully
I have been buying pima shirts for decades. Love them. BUT some of these colors are deathly. I initially bought the evening blue. Returned it because the color was a dull gray blue. Ordered the rose. That is a gray rose - another dead color. I kept it but it will definitely be hidden under sweaters.

My favorite winter shirt
I love LL Bean's Pima Cotton Turtlenecks. The fabric is soft and comfortable against my skin, and the shirts always look great. I launder them in semi-warm water and dry a load for only 40 minutes on ultra-low temperature. Although I am petite, I like the fit and comfort of Regular Large, which allows for a little shrinkage from laundering. I also have several of these turtlenecks in Regular Medium to wear under sweaters.
