My All Time Favorite Slacks
I have come to depend upon your 100% cotton twill slacks, as I have worn them for many years in various styles. The twill used to make these pants has a professional look due to the crispness with little or no ironing. They hold up beautifully, with the quality being far above what most manufacturers currently produce. Please, please, please continue to use this fabric in your slacks moving forward. It is becoming so hard to find quality clothing at any price. I personally prefer shades from khaki to taupe. I have proudly worn your non-stretch slacks in many styles, some with stretch a stretch waist and some with a fixed waistband. Thank you for considering my viewpoint.

So sad Bayside pants are no longer stocked!
I've been very happy with these pants for years. Now that I'm retired, they've been my daily choice. I particularly love the deep pockets. I've had them in several sizes as I've lost middle-age weight gain! I can dress them up or down with the top I choose; they go everywhere. Please consider restocking them again.

Disappointed Bayside Twills are being discontinued
I had no idea Bean was discontinuing Bayside Twills. Fortunately, when I received the most recent catalog, I checked for them and found that you discontinued them in the fall. You previously discontinued the pleated ones, and several times many of us wrote and you brought them back for awhile. Now there are only a limited number to purchase, and I am extremely disappointed. I have worn these for quite a long time - pleated as long as you carried them and high or ultra high rise - preferring the comfort waist. Other than the "perfect fit" which are knit and, therefore, not ones which can be worn to work, I don't believe you have any other high or ultra high rise waist.
I can't find similar pants anywhere else, and always came back to Bean despite the constant changes.
I looked back through my purchase history on my account which only goes through 2015. During that period of time, I purchased 4 pairs of ultra high rise 16 M/T in 2024, 4 pairs of ultra high rise 16 M/T in 2023, 3 pairs of Ultra high rise 16 M/T in 2022, 5 pairs of ultra high rise, pleated 16 M/T in 2018 and 6 pairs of ultra high rise, pleated 14 M/T and 6 pairs of ultra high rise, pleated 12 M/T in 2015. Between 2015 and 2025, I purchased 25 ultra high rise pants (and pleated ones when they were available).
Pleated ones were discontinued without any notice to long time customers and now all Bayside Twills were discontinued without any notice to long time customers. Surely there is some way you could have requested input and informed us of this decision to discontinue so we could have purchased excess pants.
Please bring the ultra high rise, comfort waist Bayside Twills back and, while you're at it, the pleated ones.

Pants aren’t like the old Bayside pants
I have had the Bayside shorts for years and love them. These pants are overall too large in the hips, legs & too long. I hate the elastic waist. The only thing that’s the same as my old shorts is the wonderful deep pockets.
