Look good, fit well, thinner denim than Levi's.
Bought these with all the Bean Bucks I'd saved up. Nothing like a bargain. Like the fit and appearance, though looking forward to them becoming more faded (they seem fairly dark for "stonewashed" -- and darker than the picture). For those used to heavier denim (e.g., Levi's 505), these will fill a little less rugged and durable. We'll see how they wear over the next year or so. Overall, however, seem like good jeans.

the jeans fit great! The 29 leg is so unusual andmade it a pleasure for me too! He has
. a pair that have white stiching and they look so cheap. These can even go to church.

Faded denim color needs to be lighter
The last 2 pair of these jeans I received were quite a bit darker than pictured and darker than they have been previously. I prefer the lightest washed out, faded color and wish LL Bean would look into this matter. The quality of the fabric is terrific as always. This compliant is strictly related to color.

Chemical smell
I am airing out my house from the smell of these pants. I am 65 years old and been ordering cotton clothes for decades. This chemical smell is not cotton! Going back ASAP. Even my hands smell awful.
