shrinks or just made to short
disappointed, the sleeves and body are too short, I didn't try it on first so I'm thinking it must have shrunk a lot. I bought a bigger size in case that happened and that didn't do any good either, the width was big but not the length or arm length. Unless you have short arms and are short in general, I wouldn't recommend getting one.

Good basic turteneck
Substantial pure cotton with neck that stays up when single layer. Purchased in the store where I could try on. Opted to go with a medium because I machine dry. So shrunk a bit after first wash and dry and is perfect. 5 foot 3, 112 pounds. A bit shorter length works well with wider leg pants.

Great look and fit
First time buying a turtleneck shirt from LL Bean, very good quality, great fit, I expect will last me a long time with proper care. I bought a white one and black one as I usually wear turtleneck tops as a base layer and just wanted the basics. I may buy some other colors too, these are very nice shirts and fit so well.
