Comfortable!
So soft, fits well, washes well and looks so nice. I wear them to work in an office under a blazer, professional looking. Also wear under fleece or sweater for a casual look. So comfortable! I have many colors and three white and three black.

Excellent!!
I love LL Bean Turtle necks.... They beat all others on the market and they hold up over years.
My preferemce is for this style with the heavier fabric and the cuffs on the sleeves.... they are warmest!
This beige color goes with many of the LL Bean Cords that I wear daily.

Stiff, bulky, shrinks
Not a fan. Shrank after washing and fabric feels stiff. Fit is boxy and too short.

A strong YES!
100% happy! So happy that LLBean is finally making more TALL tops for women. Still fits perfectly after being washed in cold water and dried in the dryer. Would love to see even more TALL tops. More colors too.

Best banded turtleneck no doubt; just size up
These are great turtlenecks. They can last for years and still look attractive. They work as a standalone item or under another shirt or sweater. Plus they can be used in both casual and dressy settings (with the right accessories).
I dislike hemmed sleeves as they tend to ride up on my arms or slide past my wrists depending on how long the sleeves are. These turtlenecks have banded sleeve cuffs so they stay put where they land.
They end up running small so I buy a size up and after a couple of washing and drying cycles, they fit me perfectly. And the cotton is high enough quality that they last me years and look great for that long. Being 100% cotton helps.
Too bad they stopped making true Navy ones and aren't made in colors that look good on me (like fuchsia, magenta, indigo, and charcoal and medium grey). I look washed out in pastels and I get tired of only wearing black and white.
These are often listed in both the "LL Bean Tees" and "Interlock Turtleneck" sections. It's the same shirt.
