Disappointed
Even though it says 100% cotton, the cotton is very shiny and feels synthetic. The weave is quite fine. I would have preferred the cotton to be more natural feeling, like the same sweater with the bass fish on it that I purchased last year. Also, it runs big.

We're Not All Pinheads!
I ordered this sweater first with the oatmeal heather duck embroidery and later in the surf blue cardinal, both in my usual size of SP. They're a little large, and the sleeves are somewhat long for a petite, but no big deal. The duck embroidery is nicely done, albeit somewhat small, and the wood ducks are rather stylized rather than realistic, likewise no big deal. However, the biggest problems are the neckline and the cardinal image. First, just because I wear a SP sweater, shirt, jacket, or whatever, doesn't mean I have a SP head. I don't. Because there's very little "give," this sweater is difficult for me to get on over my head. How about making this sweater with more neckline stretch? Secondly, the cardinal has a few dark brown threads woven into the sweater around its beak. When I looked closely online at the same sweater, I saw the same dark brown threads in the same places in the online photos. Evidently, it's an across-the-board design flaw, so it wouldn't even pay to swap the one I have for another, because the flaw is probably in every cardinal sweater made! I'll just keep it as is and pretend that the brown streaks of thread. are just some nest-building material being caried by the cardinal. It's just not worth the hassle of returning.

So Disappointed
Gave 3 stars because the color and style are great. However, the golden retriever ( yellow dog) is poorly executed. Returning!
