love this jacket
This jacket works for cool foggy morning walks with my dog on the Central Coast of California. Medium Petite fits my 5'3" 118 lb. body perfectly. It is warm but because of the underarm sleeve vents cool enough to not overheat me while I am walking up and down hills. I haven't worn it in a down pour but it worked great in heavy mist and foggy damp weather.
