Great warm washes nicely

Perfect spring jacket
Lightweight but warm with a waffle pattern to the fleece which makes it different from plain fleece. Husband LOVES the zippered pockets for glasses, phone, etc. and light blue color very pretty.

Super well designed and made; warm but not bulky!
I'm loving this jacket! It's right up there in the pantheon of all-time best Bean products next to my favorite from the 70's: the Maine Guide Shoe. I'm wearing it alone or as a layer on long distance walks; around the house for the toastiness; it's great for travel, esp. to different climates and to wear on the plane when it's chilly. Surprisingly not bulky given the warmth it provides. The 3 zippered pockets are nicely sized and located... and zip smoothly! Last, if you don't love overly conspicuous company logos, the midnight black is a great choice; the logo is sufficiently muted.
