Excellent Construction

Love the Tall Version
I tried this shirt in medium, large and medium-tall. The medium and large did not fit me quite right with my undershirts showing at the bottom. But the medium-tall is perfect! I bought it a year ago and it has been a stellar layer for fall, winter and spring. It’s a go-to shirt for me. I wear it buttoned or unbuttoned over 1 or 2 other layers and folks often compliment the shirt. It’s a great weight and keeps me warm! I would love to get more but the tall version has limited colors. LLBean: please offer the Rangeley Shirt colored "Allspice" in Tall. Thanks!

This is well made as with most LL Bean wear, but fit is awful…like a cardboard box with little cut at all, so I just dont wear it. Expensive too!!

Perfect for me
Love this shirt - so soft and comfortable. Perfect to wear unbuttoned around the house or in the yard. Too bulky to tuck-in or to fit under a fleece, but for comfort at home in the fall and winter, it's my new favorite.

Outstanding shirt!
I'd been looking for a corduroy shirt with a wider wale, and honestly struggled to find one that I liked because most of them have a finer wale (including LL Bean's other corduroy shirts), or weren't styled the way I wanted (looked more like a dress shirt with a pocket vs. the more rugged/outdoorsy style of this one). I was very pleased to find this shirt, tried on/bought in store at my local LL Bean (I'm fortunate to live near a brick & mortar location), and have been wearing it multiple times a week in the few weeks since purchasing. I've worn it with and without an undershirt or baselayer, buttoned and open with a henley or t-shirt underneath, and love how versatile it is. I've worn it around town, out hiking, camping on a recent campout, and just around the house as a layer. It's a great weight/size to where it's warm for cooler (~45-60ish degrees) days, but also not too bulky to layer over for colder temps. I'd highly recommend this shirt, and may end up picking up another one in a different color!
