Softest, best fitting corduroy dress
I hardly ever write a review but had to because this dress is that good. This is the softest corduroy I have ever felt, yet of substantial weight so it hangs nicely. I am 5‘3“ tall and weigh 135 pounds. The petite small is perfect. The proportions are cut for my height, and the dress looks so good that I ordered a second in the off white color. I truly mean this, if they offered this dress in a third color, I would purchase it as well. I’ve been wearing it with leggings and Mary Janes, and look forward to winter when I will wear with boots. I can’t say it enough, I love this dress, and I love that even though it is a loose fit, it is cut in a way to still show your shape and not look like a potato sack.

The fit does not suit me
This is a great dress: substantial and lovely fabric and good style. But the fit, which is an up to date oversized style, looks off on me. I returned it, but still give it five stars for quality. I bought a size small, my usual size.

Very nice dress—runs large
I love this dress! It definitely runs large though. I generally wear a small or a medium, but the extra small ended up fitting the best. For context I’m 5’8” and 121 lbs. I love the unique color, almost a faded black with a very tiny tinge of green. It’s easy to get dressed in the morning—just add leggings and boots!

Great quality, but....
Just received the dark gray. It is a very substantial fabric, yet with stretch and give. Comfortable. I am 5'7", 140 lbs, usually a size 4, and the XS fit PERFECTLY. Hits right above the knee. Has a little shape, but still loose and forgiving. Alas, I am returning because I didn't notice that the length in back is quite a bit longer than the front. It looks like a weird tail hanging down. Not interested in getting it tailored, so back it goes. If this was updated with a staighter-across-the-bottom hem, I would buy it again!
