Not sized for women
This is a nice shirt if you're looking for a lightweight flannel shirt. However, if you've got hips, beware. I found the top of the shirt very large, but the hips too tight to button. just didn't seem to be tailored for a women's shape. (I answered "too small" in the How did it fit question because an answer was required and there wasn't a choice that was both too small and too big!)

Runs very large
I ordered the currant print with the ducks in women's size 2X. The shirt is very large, particularly the arm length. The sewn-in label indicates "2X T." I assume the "T" means it's a tall cut, but that isn't even an option to purchase. I own several LL Bean flannels. This is the first one I wouldn't recommend.

Poor quality!
Loved the pattern, but hated hated hated the quality of the material. The pattern does not continue on the inside of the shirt so if you leave it unbuttoned or roll up the sleeves, the inside is very obvious! The men’s patterned flannels are super thick with no differences between the outside and inside. Wish the women’s version would get the same attention.

Disappointing
I wear a small and had to send this flannel shirt back as soon as I tried it on as it was so large I wondered if it was sized wrong. It hung off of both my shoulders, sleeves over my hands and was too baggy. The flannel shirt itself looked to be heavy duty well made and was the blue plaid color with two front pockets that I wanted but was not worth trying for an ex small as it is enough of a hassle to send the first one back.
