Field tested in the extremes of New Hampshire's White Mountains, our classic insulated Baxter State Parka was built for serious wind and cold. Updated with new fabrics, it's now lighter, stronger -- and just as seriously warm as ever.

  • Rib inner cuff: 90% acrylic/8% polyester/2% spandex.
  • Faux fur trim: 85% modacrylic, 15% polyester acrylic.
  • Note: Remove faux fur trim before laundering. Hand wash faux fur and dry flat.
  • Fleece collar, body lining and pocket lining: 100% polyester.
  • PFC/PFAS-free durable water repellent (DWR).
  • Shell: 100% nylon.
  • Machine wash and dry.
  • Zipper: Two-way zipper with snap storm flap

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LL Beans Baxter State Parka Received it minutes ago,,tried it on,,fits me perfectly,,I did not know about the straps on the inside so the coat can be resting on your shoulder while inside a building so you won't overheat,,great option,,outside pockets are deep enough,,ie drop pockets,,plus zippered pockets & the chest & waist/bottom to keep personal items secured,,inner cinch pulls at the inside waist on both sides to cinch in the coat for a snug fit,,reasonably priced also

The parka has all of the features that make it a coveted garment; plenty of pockets, nice length, not too heavy/bulky, cuffs in sleeves, hood and a really good value when on sale. And now LL is offering free shipping at certain levels of purchases.
