Nice but need larger LxW to carry food to events
I saw this and I was hoping it had a base large enough to keep my Pyrex bowl flat to carry a salad to a cookout. Got out my ruler and my bowl is 10 inches wide. This isn't big enough. Product suggestion.

Excellent, lightweight cooler
This is a very nice small, lightweight cooler that's perfect for short excursions. I was toting a Yeti around and it's fantastic if you need to keep things cold for long periods of time. But for short trips, like the grocery store or a couple of hours, it was very heavy and cumbersome. With this LL Bean model you just toss a block of blue ice in and do your trip. It's nice to just keep in the car and have it available when you end up with groceries or meds that need to stay cool while a few more errands are done.

I love mine so I bought one for a friend
I bought this for a special present for someone and I have not given to it to him yet. Our party has been postponed for a couple of weeks. It looks nice. I have an older version of this that I've had for more than 10 years that I love dearly. I hope my friend will like this one as much as I like mine.

Great quality and chillability
I bought this as a gift for my son who lives in Brooklyn. He loved it!
He and his friends enjoy going to the beach and to upstate by train which makes this perfect for picnics. They drive home from NC to NY after Christmas and we filled it with food and a couple of chilly bricks. Everything was still cold when they arrived home 10 hours later! This cooler holds more than we thought and it’s super in every way!
