High quality
I bought these a month ago. I never owned the first pair like other reviewers have noted. But WOW are these nice. So comfortable, leather is incredible, and the stitching is amazing. So worth it!

Very Nice!
Only worn a few times but so far I’m very pleased. I purchased these to replace a very similar pair made by a former competitor that lasted over 25 years. These seem to be of equal or better quality. They’ll probably take awhile to break-in but they were already more comfortable after just a few days wear.

I like everything about these shoes. The quality is excellent; the fit is 'right on'; the comfort - even for the first wear - is uncompromising; and the function of the shoe, not only for every-day wear but for hiking, is flawless. I bought one pair, wore them for a month and ordered a backup. I'm hoping they'll still be in the catalog when the ones I'm wearing wear out!
