Warm, Comfortable and Dry
This winter has been much colder than normal and the shoes that normally keep my feet warm have not been working for me. These L.L.Bean shoes have a good balance of insulating capability without adding too much weight and bulk. I have been wearing them for a few weeks now and I find my feet are staying much warmer. Also, the quality is good and I feel I will get my money's worth out of them. For me, they were true to my normal shoe width and length.

Love my Urban Storm Boot!!
This hiking shoe or low cut winter boot/shoe is awesome. Most stormy days this winter where the snow was not real deep I used these boots and they are awesome. Keeps my feet warm and dry.

Great winter shoe
Great winter shoe! I was tired of lacing up winter boots for sub 10F if there was no fresh snow. These shoes are very warm and have great tread. Not 5 star because the uppers are a little big so there is space above the top of my foot. You’l get use to it.

Great Waterproof boots!
Love the boots, great waterproof wear, however when lacing the shoes, the tongue puts pressure on my so I have to lace them 2 eyelets down. Other than that, as a mail carrier they are really good for rainy weather.

Best Boots Ever
I've had a variety of LL Bean low cut hiking boots. These are by far and away the best. The fit is great, being waterproof and insulated in New England snow is great, and the sole is great on slippery and uneven surfaces. I really like these boots and will probably replace them with the same ones when I wear these out.
