Magnets are too strong!
Bought these mittens/gloves in Nov. 2024. Love them, but the magnets are so strong that cloth material has started to rip and one magnet already has fallen out. When I wear them and then open the car door - they really stuck to the metal of the car and was hard to get them to release from the car. Anything metal that I would brush-up against - they would stick to!

A good idea but hard to fit
I love the concept of these mittens and while they are not earth-shatteringly warm, they get the job done. They block more wind than I even was expecting. The magnets are fantastic and make opening/closing very convenient.
My hands are just a little too between sizes though, to get them really comfortable. I ended up settling on M because L was too loose and made them feel less warm. But M is tight around the top of the thumb and top of the fingers in the mitt. It seems the lining is sewn much smaller than the fleece outside.

awesome mittens
I bought these for my daughter who had had a pair once before. She loves them because with a flick of her wrist she can flip the finger cover back so that it attaches to the magnet. I have not seen her perform this feat, but I'm sure it is awesome.

Magnets?
I bought these to replace a lost pair of LLB mittens. Whose bright idea was it to include magnets in these mittens? They serve no purpose except to frustrate the wearer. The magnets stuck to each other on the same mitten. They also stick to the other mitten. AND they stick to meal doors. The original mittens were perfect. These are frustrating & useless to me.

Great for my purposes
*Note: These have not been worn outside yet. This is just my initial observation.
I bought these mittens for my teen daughter who refuses to wear any type of glove/mitten when outdoors. Because she suffers from chapped skin (one wonders why) and eczema on her hands, it’s very important for her to protect her skin from cold air. She showed marginal interest in these mittens so I purchased them. She liked that they are convertible (from mitten to fingerless glove), and it has a “cool” magnet to hold the mitten portion out of the way when the fingerless gloves are in use. They are made of fleece — no thinsulate, reflective interior or other tech wear. This is no surprise to me since they are simply advertised as “fleece mittens for milder days”. However, the material is quite thin. If you’ve ever been outside in fleece pajamas on a very cold, windy, single digit morning for some quick jaunt (to place something you forgot out by the trash?), then you’ve felt that wind blow right through as if you were wearing nothing at all! These mittens remind me of that scenario. I’m guessing they won’t keep my kiddo warm on those terribly cold days. But they’re better than what she’s wearing now which is nothing! Thanks for reading.

Great for Warmth
These are great. I'm convinced mittens keep your fingers much warmer than gloves, and the ease of flipping the mitten top back to use your fingers is perfect. These aren't bulky at all... thin, even... but they do an amazing job. I needed them purely to keep my hands warm when walking outside, so I can't comment on use in snow or durability or anything - just that they 100% keep my hands toasty without getting sweaty. My XLs are a bit of a snug fit, but I think they'll stretch a bit. The magnets are super strong, and it takes a little thought to figure out the best way to navigate opening and closing the mitten part, but once you do you appreciate the need for the strength of them.
