My son’s favorite shirt
Wonderfully soft flannel with the best ever hand me down trail patch. I sewed his name into the top of the trail and I just can’t get over how special the patch is, showing that the garment is made to be loved and passed forward.

Boy’s flannel shirt
Dissapointing. The fabric is quite nice but this 14/16 size shirt is smaller than the boy’s flannel shirts used to be. It’s smaller across the chest and tighter in the arms. In addition there’s a weird pocket on the inside at the bottom of the shirt that is not noted as being there in the description. You can see the white theads from the outline of where the pocket is sewn on through to the front of the shirt. I am 5’1 120 woman who used to be able to wear the boy’s flannel shirts as an outer shirt over another shirt, but no more. This shirt does not fit me the chest buttons pull and I can not button the lowest button and the arms tug at my elbows. Maybe it would fit a kid fine and maybe they wouldn’t mind the inner pocket. i wish it was made the way that the LL Bean boy’s flannel shirts used to be made because I would have kept it if it was as the plaid pattern, color and fabric are nice. LL Bean should bring back the previous style of the boy’s flannel shirts.
