This is exactly what I expected and wanted. It quickly became my go to cardigan this Fall. It has a loose fit that is great for layering. The material is not super soft, but that is expected for wool. This is not an issue for me as it is a second layer.

Pretty but scratchy
I like the style and the rich brown color that matches a pair of brown perfect fit pants I have. However, I do not like how this item was packaged. It came with various color threads stuck to it, as if it had been tossed around on some factory floor before being placed in the package. While picking off these threads, I noticed two loose wool blend fibers sticking out around the neck that looked unsightly until I tacked them back in place with a needle and thread. When I eventually got a chance to try on the cardigan, I tried hard to like this wool blend, but it does feel scratchy. Not sure if it’s nylon, but it is rather bothersome especially around the neck. Wear a long sleeve tee with this. It’s lightweight, warm, attractive, but scratchy. I’ll keep it, probably because I’ve invested time and talent in trying to “fix” it.
