This warm anorak is a new and creative twist on our legendary wool tops. Made with the same rugged wool as our other Maine Guide wool apparel, this is the perfect hooded sweatshirt for cool days.
- Body insulation: Coldshield 100% recycled polyester 60gr.
- Shell is 70% wool/25% nylon/5% polyester twill.
- Body and sleeves lined with 100% recycled polyester taffeta.
- Dry clean.
- Wool is warm even when wet and quiet in the field so you won't spook game.
- Lined with Cold Shield 60-gram recycled polyester for warmth.
- Kangaroo pouch for warming hands with zippered pocket behind to hold small necessities.
- Quarter button up with four buttons.
- It's equally at home in the field on a hunt or out with friends for a post-hunt beverage.

Love the look, hate the build and materials
I like the LL Bean brand. I saw this product and was very excited. I planned to get it in multiple colors. I did read that it was a wool blend, but I at least thought it would be thicker and not have a synthetic inner. The outer layer of wool that is already a blend is very thin. The inner layer is completely synthetic and feels really bad against your skin. It feels and sounds like you are wearing a trash bag, and yes, I have had to wear a trash bag before. I don't know if they were trying to make this thing completely waterproof or not, but it is not what I was hoping for. If you want to wear this thing, you probably will need to have a full long sleeve later underneath, or it will feel cheap against your skin. I love the look; I hate the build and materials. I will be returning it, and I will pay a little more for a better constructed anorak elsewhere. Anybody that knows what a good quality wool anorak feels like, is not going to like this product. LL Bean, make a more premium version of this product with little to no synthetics and I will buy it.

Great for cold days
Nice fit. I am 6’1 190lb and got a Large tall. It fits good with a sweater or flannel underneath, only a bit tight at armpit when putting on but once it’s on it’s loose. Only thing I don’t like is that the hood is unlined and thin, wind cuts right through it. Please line the hood.
