Rated 4 out of 5 by from All Good Except for the Top Strap I purchased this as a grocery shopping bag. It holds a massive amount of groceries & leaves my hands free to carry other bags. The only downside is that the top strap is quite narrow & seems to strain when having heavy items inside. So far, it has held up, not like other reviewers whose strap had broke. I'm hoping mine will stand the test of time because I love the bag with all the pockets inside & out.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Top strap ripped off within two months I was disappointed that the top strap ripped off so quickly. We will be returning and buying a different brand because I don’t have confidence this problem won’t happen again with a replacement.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Strap at the top tore out. I bought this for my grandson to use for school. It has lots of great features! He really likes it. Unfortunately, the first day he used it, the strap at the top tore off on one side. I called LL Bean and they sent a replacement. But, the second day he used the new one, the strap at the top did the same thing. It must be a manufacturing defect. He still uses this because he likes it.
