Not good.
I bought these shorts to replace an old pair. I have shorts from LLBean and they are all size 4. Some fit just right, one pair is too tight and the new ones were great for about 10 minutes and then they were huge. The material completely stretched. Unbelievable! I'm guessing there is no quality control. I've been buying from this store for many years and I'm very disappointed.

Fly always looks open
These are quality shorts in most regard but they have a big problem with how the zipper looks. The top inch always looks upon because of a fault in how the material around the zipper at the part was positioned. Instead of lying flat, the material makes a bump there causing the zipper part to look open - the poor positioning between the belt area and the area below that causes the fly part to spread open. And it's not a weight issue! My husband at first reminded me to fix my zipper, and then he saw the problem was how the shorts were made. I have two pairs of long pants from LLBean with the exact same issue. It really mars my enjoyment of these articles - I have to wear my shirt out, which is something I don't like doing.
