Great despite my foot issues.
I was worried about these after reading the reviews. I have bad plantar fasciitis at the moment. But these are comfortable and supportive with a decently comfortable insert. I was expecting very hard and stiff. I did order one full size down per the recommendation.

Not the most pleasant experience
I followed the sizing instructions on your website and it took three different shipments before I was able to get the correct size. It ended up costing me a lot more than my original purchase once I finally got the correct size.

Ready For The Falls
These are just what I need for our visit to Victoria Falls . I've heard it is very wet there at the falls and can get slippery.. They will not only be good for hicking but keeping my feet dry on a rainy day. I'm very happy with my purchase.
