I'm not quite sure what the purpose of this is?
Because it has a hood I thought it was waterproof or at the least water resistant and it is neither.
It's not an expensive but I don't know what the functionality is?
It has a hood to protect you from nothing I guess.
It provides no warmth the material is permeable.
It looks great but I would pass. It's also sized on the small side I'm usually an extra large and it barely fit

Don't pay full price for this.
It is fair to okay. It is light weight. I am glad I did not pay full price for it. It does not live up to L.L.Bean standards.

I like it!
At my height, trying to find a tall sized wind breaker is like finding hen’s teeth. I read the reviews prior to ordering and decided to follow suit by ordering up a size; I’m glad I did. The XXXL Tall fits me perfectly and is long enough to allow me to properly conceal carry during the fall season. I will never dry it however, because even though it’s nylon, I have found that even this material can shrink with high heat. Great job LL bean.

Not what I wanted.
Not sized correctly. Gave it to someone 5-10 who wears a double xx. Fit him better but not loose. And not too long. Unless it was mis marked at the factory sizing is different then all other places I buy from.

Nice but there's a caveat
I purchased mine at an outlet but it was first quality it did not have the original ticket on it.
I assumed because there was a hood this would be waterproof.
It says it's for variable types of weather I don't know when you would need to cover your head if it's not raining?
It's not even water resistant I was drenched.
If you are under the impression that this is any kind of protection against the rain it isn't.
If you just need this for the most minimal protection from the wind it fits nice and it's cut well.
My problem is it looks great but it has no functionality, it's not windy enough for me to spend $70

Much too small.
Ordered an XX large to accommodate me and a shirt & a vest as an all-around outer layer for travel. The sizing wasn't even close. Went up a size and it was a bit better, but still not accurate to my expectations. The jacket itself is functional, but perhaps not worth the dance it took to get there.
