Bad design and not made for women
Boy do I hate this backpack. The water bottle holders are useless flaps that can only hang onto the bottom 3 inches of a water bottle. Mine are constantly falling out. The chest strap is decidedly NOT designed for women. Women’s backpack chest straps are supposed to go on the high side of your chest so you’re not crushing your boobs. The highest this one can go in right on the middle of my chest.
I gave the pack to my son because his broke, and he finds it super awkward too. Wish I’d returned it.

Good for Pain, small for school.
I really love the hip supports and cross strap at the top. They make the backpack feel like nothing on my back. It’s very comfortable and really helps due to my arm issues and lack of strength. I do find this backpack to be an odd shape and not as big as would be good for school so some of my stuff is now a little bent. But on the whole a very good backpack.
