True jean style
Perfect bootcut jean fit. Pant leg fits nicely over short boots. Love the forest green color for winter. Been on the search for 2 years now for quality winter cords that aren't $100. LL Bean delivers!

not the right cut
size 8 had a great cut, but was just a little to tight. So returned and ordered size 10, unfortunately they think if you are a size 10 you have saddlebags - I mean it was funny!

Out of Proportion
I've been a forever fan of the Perfect Fit Corduroy pants-but not since the material got lighter and the legs wider. So I tried these; and found what a lot of reviewers had said was true for me also-the waist is inordinately small for the cut of the pants. I even tried going up TWO sizes and still squeezed into the waist and everything else was way too big. I liked the material, and sorry, but that was it.

Sizing is off
I don't know who these pants would fit properly! Waist and hips would fit a Barbie with abnormally small waist and large hips and thighs. Liked the material but will not be ordering a replacement due to sizing.

Beautifully Crafted and Wonderful Color
I love the deepest green of these corduroys. I was happy to add these pants to my several other L L Bean corduroy pants. They are perfect for winter, and last for years. However this pair I just bought had an issue with the fit. I first bought the size I always buy from L L Bean. But when they arrived, they were too tight. Fortunately I had purchased the same model and size the previous year in another color which did still fit me. When I compared the seams, I noticed that this year's size 12 was not the same as the previous year. I have always bought 12 petite, so I had to send them back. But I re-ordered the same color and model in 14 petite, and it fits perfectly (just the same as last year's 12). Sending them back and re-ordering was not a problem. When I called the company, I received courteous, detailed, friendly help. And also a wonderful new pair of corduroys in that lovely deepest green.
