Rated 1 out of 5 by Moon from Rips easily. I miss 100% Cotton denim beds. L.L. Bean quality has slipped. These beds used to be 100% cotton denim and durable. Now these are almost 1/2 polyester, and dog paws rip this instantly. I still have old LLBean 100% cotton denim ones that lasted decades without rips or tears.

He hated the crate, we finally hired a dog trainer which did help make progress but what I think also helped is this bed. He now loves his crate and goes in there all the time without being asked.

I’ve been buying these dog beds for over 20 years and they’ve always been made with 100% cotton covers, this new bed is made with a cotton polyester blend and feels extremely cheap. I would rather pay more and have the same good, sturdy, quality beds I’m used to.
