Our exclusive flannel shirt is woven just for us by artisans in Portugal. These expert craftspeople meticulously brush our fabric eight times on each side to create a long-lasting material with that distinctive smooth and cozy feel. But that doesn't automatically make it plush enough. It still needs to pass the "touch test." Only a master weaver can declare it soft enough.

Cozy-Cute Lumberjacket
I bought this pile red & black checkered, fleece-lined jacket when I was visiting Maine for the first time and it made me feel like a cozy-cute lumberjack! I was excited to wear it between hikes in Acadia National Park and even the little fox we saw trotting by our picnic spot indicated I was perfectly dressed for the occasion. Seriously, though, this topper is totally cozy, wam and perfectly sized for a light layer beneath. I'll be wearing it all fall and winter, even though I'm no longer standing next to a lighthouse eating a lobster roll!

Cute jacket with nice collar
I like the loose black fleece and collar. The flannel fabric is a bit thin, it's not a thirsty fabric, I thought it was polyester until I looked it up. The plaid is a very old fashioned men's hunting shirt pattern. If a woman can make that look snazzy on her, all the more power to her. I recently got a Red Cross buffalo plaid fleece blanket for my contributions, and got hooked on the red and black plaid, so that's why I bought this. The large fits fine and the snaps look and work fine. I'll try to work it into my wardrobe, but it must look feminine, not guy-y.
I will try to make it work in a wardrobe.
