5'3" 115 lbs Small, SUPER WARM
At 5'3" and 115 lbs I "should" wear an XS, but thank goodness I ordered Small. It's snug over even thin PJs, but I think Med would be too big. The length is a big long, but not bad with boots - I can't wear Petite because my height fits the criteria but not the other proportions (especially the rise).
Bought these to play outside with our Lab, not to ski or do any sports, and they are perfect. I feel like I could play all day in comfortable warmth even when the temp is in the single digits (which it is today).
Why didn't I buy these years ago???

Runs VERY small
I typically wear a 22, and these were listed as a 3X/24/26, and they were nowhere near fitting. Even wearing very thin leggings and a t-shirt, I couldn’t come close to zipping them up, and almost couldn't get them up my legs. I would say they fit more like an 18, if that. Other than that, they seem very well made, and my sister (size 16-18) liked them very much. Size up if you can, but if you’re at the top of the size range I would look elsewhere.

Ran Small
I got these in the same size as some lined pajama bottoms I bought last year and these ran very small in comparison. They did go on me but they were uncomfortable and stiff. Unfortunately, I couldn't size up because I am a petite. Another similar brand fit much better and was about 30% less expensive (and nearly identical), so I returned these.

Buy the bibs!
Zero complaints-they are spacious enough to comfortably wear base layers under but I don’t feel like I’m swimming in them. Perfect amount of mobility for snow shoeing, sledding etc and I’ve had no issues with staying dry.
