These bottles are a great size and DO NOT LEAK
My son had one of these and I thought that I would get a couple. I read a review that said that they leaked-that made no sense to me. I asked my son if his leaked because he puts it inside of his backpack. He said that his did not leak. I ordered two for work (bc they don't allow glass) and have been very happy with my leak-proof containers. I can only think that the person who said they leaked was probably missing a gasket.
One of the things that I really like about the bottle is the washability and that there is no straw to mess with...which means a cleaner bottle without mold and mildew. Also the cord is strong and easy to hang onto than a stiff handle. I definitely recommend.

Worked until it didn't
I used this once or twice a week. The lid became separate, looks like glue gave way? I tried to press it back but it leaks now.

Great bottle, but lanyard strap wrong color
Got the 32oz in Rangeley Blue but noticed that the lanyard strap wasn’t the unique speckled (orange) color shown. LL Bean kindly sent out a replacement bottle, but the replacement bottle also didn’t have the color shown on the product webpage. I think that Santeco (the 3rd party manufacturer of the canteen water bottle) is supplying water bottles with their own color specs for the lanyard strap. A small issue, but if you like the unique color variations shown, you might have to reconsider your purchase.

Insulated Bean Extra Large Water Bottle
Love the high quaility construction and the screw off top that is attached by a cord to prevent it from getting lost. Does a great job of keeping drinks cold for hours. I have two of these.
