I purchased this sweater for an upcoming trip. The colors are versatile and the sweater pairs well with the majority of items in my suitcase. The fit is slouchy/casual which is just what I am looking for. Material weight is just right too. I would recommend purchasing this sweater.

Love the Sweater But it Does Run Big
I have always worn a Large in L.L. Bean clothing, be it turtlenecks, sweaters, jackets, etc. This sweater in a Large hung off me on either side by about two inches. I returned it for a Medium, which fit fine and is very comfortable. The stripes complement my turtleneck colors, so I know I will get a lot of use from it. It's not terribly thick; on very cold New England days, I will need to wear a sweatshirt or fleece sweater over it.

This sweater is very comfortable and soft. It says to lay flat to dry, but it's been doing well by hang drying with the arms crossed over the shoulders. The colors are super rich, definitely a favorite 😍.

Thin Fabric
I have previously purchased cotton/ cashmere sweaters from LLBean. This crewneck sweater is a thinner material than the ones I still own and surely not as warm with or without layering. I wonder how well it will hold up to laundering before the fabric starts looking worn. It fits well and I like the color I chose but would have returned it had I paid full price
