Super comfy boot
Got these on clearance for $70 and very satisfied. Most comfortable/lightweight pair of boots I’ve ever owned. At 68years old with almost 40 years of pretty extensive mountain experience, that’s many a pair of boots to compare with. These are not gonna last a long time as the soles soon began to show wear but I will definitely buy again at that price. Only other negative are the darn laces are way too long. But that does seem to be the new normal for the last few years in all shoe purchases I’ve made.

HANDSOME & COMFY, but…
…I don’t think I’ll hike in them.
After wearing them almost the entire weekend, they proved to be incredibly comfortable, and their color scheme matches lots of my recent Bean apparel purchases.
The level of comfort they provide seem unlikely to carry over onto a real—rocky, rooty, rugged—trail. The “softness” of these boots would mean very sore, possibly stone-bruised feet after a long day of trekking.
