Most comfortable for outerwear
I bought this vest last Christmas in green and a large. I'm a medium, but assumed I needed the next size up to accommodate layers. I was wrong; the vest fits to size. It is one of the most comfortable outerwear items I have ever owned. Even as a large, giving me more room than I need, it is very, very comfortable. Wear it often when I travel by plane, and it's so lightweight, you don't even feel it. So many other similar items, weigh you down.

Sizing for women is not right
The vest is a unisex, which makes it a longer than a woman's vest. Because of the length to accommodate both men and women the vest hangs down below my hips. It pulls way too tight across the hips to be able to snap the vest closed. There isn't any zipper so the area between the snaps pulls and allows wind to get inside the vest.
