Consider ordering up....
Thick, warm sweater. I have washed it a couple times, air dry, it has kept its shape. I'm 5'7" 118lbs. LL Bean I wear a small in fitted, medium for layering, size 6. After reading reviews I took a chance and ordered a large in this one as I wanted a big cozy sweater. So glad I did! I feel it did shrink a tad with first wash, but not a problem as I had ordered up.

Decent looking and fits as described. The sleeves on the XS Tall fit my long arms well, but the deal-breaker for this sweater was the thick knot of yarn under the armpits where the arms are sewn to the body. It felt hard and uncomfortable and became irritating after about half an hour. I sent it back.
