Excellent durable travel rod.
Great rods. Bought 4 for the family to use on a trip to Florida. We fished inshore and from the surf. The rods felt great to cast and we had no issues with durability. Used with 20 lb braid and easily handles lures up to 1.5 oz. Very happy with purchase and look forward to bringing on my next trip.

Travel pole for fishing on FL beaches
Great travel pole for fishing the beaches of FL. Fits well in medium size luggage. Performs well with 15 lb line for up to 20 lb’ers. Very good action and is holding up very well.

Nice Pack Rod for spinning
Nice pack rod for taking down the Rogue river (wild and scenic). Caught many half pounders and hooked into a nice Coho. Reasonable rod for smaller salmon.

Very Happy with These!
I now have fished with all three models in this series of rods, and I like them all! This light rod just saw service in Florida for sea trout, red drum, whiting, flounder and small sharks. It handled everything and was a pleasure to fish with. In previous trips, the medium model was awesome for jacks and small stripers; while the heaviest model has subdued larger stripers, very sizable sharks and a couple of very large barracuda. I pair the lightest with a 3000-sized reel, middle with 4000 and the heaviest with a 4500 DIawa or 5000 Shimano. Awesome for traveling!

This is a heavy duty spinning rod, light weight and very nicely finished. I wanted a sturdy rod and this is it. Just what I wanted! No disappointment here.
