Poorly made
I bought this rod to fly to Canada pike and walleye fishing. Rod was brand new. First day I snagged on a rock. Pulled on it to put a little tension to see if it would pull loose. It snapped in half in the MIDDLE of the rod. Not the tip, the middle. It was not previously damaged in any way. It was transported in a hard case. Didnt pull hard on it, didnt whip it or jerk it. The two guys in my boat were just as shocked as I was. Spent $119 for junk.

Saltwater Travel Rod
This is a great rod. We used it for shore fishing on Sanibel and Captiva. Very responsive when paired with a 4000 reel. Highly recommended for catching Tarpon and Snook. I will give away one spot: Blind Pass on Captiva!
