Lightweight yet warm and comfortable to wear v

Nice and Comfortable!
While I need good warm wool sweaters too, I love a soft comfortable cotton cable knit sweater best of all. I now have this sweater in 4 different colors but I love the “Bean Green” most of all!

Fisherman Crew Sweater
This is a beautiful warm sweater and if worn with a long-sleeve shirt or tee underneath, in some climates might preclude wearing a coat over it. A very good value too for the money!

Not so soft
I was surprised that this sweater , despite its name, was not very soft. It is a pretty standard sweater but the feel was stiffer than other Bean cotton sweaters I have previously worn.

Great sweater, except for all the flecks
This seems a great sweater, except for the flecks in the burnt mahogany yarn, which makes the sweater look as if the person wearing it has spilled crumbs all over himself, or has just walked through a dusty sawmill. The contrast is too great, and the flecks look like they are sitting on top of the sweater, not integrated. So we returned the sweater.
