Fits Like a Tent
The pair I received was MUCH larger than I would have expected for the size and Slim Fit cut in two ways. I'm on the border between a 35" and 36" waist, depending on how uncomfortable I want to be and the give in the fabric. These felt more like a 37" or even 38" in the waist. With them on and fastened I could pull them out a good 2 inches from my belly without stretching the fabric.
Second, these were incredibly baggy in the hips and thighs. I could grab hands full of fabric at the thigh and bunch it up. These were not flattering at all.
I also didn't care for the fabric but that is my preference. I got to 71 years old wearing Levis 501 and 505 jeans and like plain old canvas fabric. These felt slinky and were way too stretchy for me.

They are what they say they are. It' like L.L. Bean has already done a dozen washes to get the color and softness desired at your purchase. Lots of choices.

Best Jeans for men
This is my husband’s second pair. He is fairly particular about comfort and does not like to shop around. These jeans breathe so well…good for travel, outdoor activities and casual get togethers. They are good looking and fit well. We recommend this style very much.
