Cashmere striped sweater
Lovely sweater but not the right fit for me, I have three other LLBean cashmere sweaters all in regular medium and they fit me perfectly. But regular medium was not available in the sale offerings and this regular small was too tight. Also I wanted a cherry red for the holidays and this raspberry red had a touch of fishing the color.

So Looked Forward To Getting This Sweater But . .
I really loved this sweater as it appeared on my phone with a light, bright cream-colored background and brightly colored stripes going across it. I was very disappointed to see that the cream was a distinct light-medium oatmeal color, and this fact made the stripes going across it much more drab. So I returned it, right? Wrong. I still thought the concept was fabulous. If I can afford it, I still want to sashay into the office wearing this sweater and the matching hat and gloves. And it’s not like the sweater is unattractive, it’s just that, in my opinion, it would be stunning if it had a cream-colored background. I know not everyone agrees with me: one reviewer who had been expecting what I was expecting was pleasantly surprised when she saw the oatmeal color. Well enough about the color. The fit is fine for me because, although I found it a bit tighter than most large sweaters I order from L.L.Bean, I do generally upsize with sweaters, which came in handy here. I haven’t worn it outside yet, pending the aforementioned hat & gloves. So that’s it.
