I'm sold on this base layer.
I perspire a lot, and wearing this base layer I found that outside winter activities, from recreational sports to snow removal, I felt more comfortable due to perspiration being wicked away from my skin.

This shirt shrunk a bunch and after only 2 washings (never worn) on gentle cycle it already has holes in it. If merino wool can't be made to be durable enough to survive 2 washings maybe it should not be made at all. Stay away from these lightweight shirts.

Warm, but too short
The shirt is plenty warm, and the sleeve length is good, but body length is short, and gets MUCH shorter if you wash it (following label instructions). Was going to try a larger size, but afraid the sleeves would be too long.
