Outside sole too thin.
I have bought this snow sneaker before and they just do not last. they are a comfortable fit but the rubber outsoles are too thin and wear off too fast. This is especially true for me in the heels. I am not a fat guy, am in good shape and am not hard on these but the last layer of these is just way too thin. I come from a manufacturing background so could explain to your people what to do to fix this.
