Not crazy about the fabric
I bought these hoping that they would be a classy travel pant. For me, they are not that. I kept them and will were them for my walks on days with temps in the mid 60's-70s, but they are not what I had hoped for. I have a pair of "travel pants" from another store that I adore. I can't get them anymore and wanted a black pair. The fabric of those pants is the perfect thickness. Not too heavy, not too thin. Those pants are very smooth, stretchy, wicking, and dry quickly with no wrinkles ever. I thought these would be similar but the fabric on these LL Bean pants is very, very thin. I'm also not crazy about the seam at the knee. It was unnecessary and you notice it there. If you are looking for a very thin, very lightweight pair of pants, then these might be perfect for you. They have great front pockets too. But, if you are hoping for a more versatile, mid-weight material, I would recommend you keep looking.
